In reality it is only in the mystery of the Word made flesh that the mystery of man truly becomes clear. For Adam, the first man, was the type of him who was to come, Christ the Lord, Christ the new Adam, in the very revelation of the mystery of the Father and of his love, fully reveals man to himself and brings to light his most high calling.
Conformed to the image of the Son who is the firstborn of many brothers,…the whole man is inwardly renewed, right up to the redemption of the body…
The Christian is certainly bound both by need and by duty to suffer death; but, as one who has been made a partner in the pascal mystery, and as one who has been configured to the death of Christ, he will go forward, strengthen by hope, to the resurrection.

Eucharistic Adoration Timetable
Exposition of the blessed Sacrament is a recognition of the wondrous presence of Christ—made present in the Mass—and stimulates us to unite ourselves to him in a spiritual union which finds its culmination in sacramental communion; for Christ instituted the Eucharist primarily in order to make himself available to us as food, as healing, and as consolation.
In this way we associate ourselves with Christ’s work of atonement.
